While we understand daily life can make some lateness unavoidable, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are beyond 10 minutes late. We want to make sure we have enough time to provide you with the quality of work you deserve and are paying for, and to allow us to stay on time for the rest of our guests.

                                                                                                                                                                                     Cancellations

If unable to keep your appointment please give us 48 hours notice in advance to avoid a 50% late cancellation/no-show fee. If balance is open, no future services can be booked. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our beehive team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. 

                                                                                                                                                                                       Booking

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for first time chemical services & selected spa services to secure your time with your service provider - your deposit is deducted from service total the day of your visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment give us a 48 hour notice in advance and it will remain salon credit, missed appointments without notice forfeits the deposit.

 

Refunds 

Our team takes pride in providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. beehive salon Uptown does not offer refunds on any of our services. We provide thorough consultations and will not move forward with the service you are scheduled for until we are confident you will receive the results you and your service provider both agreed upon. Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify the salon within two days of your service. We will schedule time for you to come back in to see your service provider to discuss your next options.
